No cookies or trackers

The public extene.ca website does not set any cookies on your device. It includes no analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts, so there is no cookie consent banner.

The site does not save form drafts in your browser’s local or session storage either. Your form content is sent only when you choose to submit it.

What we collect

The form collects your name, email address and message. You may also provide your organization and select a topic. The enquiry’s source and the form’s language are sent along with your message.

Please do not send sensitive information, passwords or personal data about your clients, members, donors or beneficiaries.

The hosting infrastructure may generate technical logs needed to serve pages, prevent errors and maintain security. These logs are not used to track you for commercial purposes.

How we use your information

We use it to understand what you need, reply to you and follow up on your enquiry in Extene’s management system. Technical data helps us operate and secure the site.

Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on your request and permission, steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, or Extene’s legitimate interest in securing its site and responding to messages.

You will not be added to a newsletter. Your information is not used for targeted advertising, commercial profiling or fully automated decision-making.

Who can access it?

Access is limited to authorized people at Extene and, where needed to provide the service, our hosting, email or form delivery providers.

• Contractual relationships: for the duration of the relationship, then for the periods needed to meet legal obligations and protect Extene’s rights.
• Technical logs: only as long as necessary to operate and secure the site.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable rules and your circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restrictions on its processing or data portability. You may also object to certain processing and withdraw consent where it is the basis for that processing.
